Thank you to our incredible panel for joining our session on ‘Inclusivity and gender bias in the construction industry. Their experiences shed light on broader aspects of diversity and inclusion, offering valuable perspectives that were both inspiring and thought-provoking. ✍ Some key takeaways from the day: 🔷 Visibility is key - younger women need to see a clear career path. 🔷 Spaces designed with empathy are better for everyone. 🔷 Flexible work environments that support work-life balance for women, also benefit men. 🔷 Having more women at board level is key to pushing forward and making meaningful change. 🔷 Keep making noise! Sharing stories is so important for people to feel seen. 🔷 And most importantly, progress happens when men support and advocate for women. Instead of focusing on 'male' or 'female' energy, let’s collaborate for change. We could all use more #Shakti in our lives ✨ (thanks, Sumita!). A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated—we hope the session sparked meaningful reflection and dialogue. It is always a great feeling to see a completed project that we have worked on, some projects run seamlessly from drawings to completion, whilst others can be more challenging, whatever the project we strive to be part of a team to make the designers vision come to life and create a great space that they created . When we revisit a completed project it makes it all the hard work worthwhile and keeps us as a team motivated to look forward to the next projects and challenges . Our annual team wreath making evening was with a difference this year, We loved our Christmas Wreath Cake Decorating workshop. Our team really impressed Sweetiepie with their creations and how dedicated they were to create edible masterpieces. The judging was very difficult for Jenny of Sweetiepie, but we all went home with a prize of our deliciously decorated biscuit wreaths. #insideiseverything #teamfun #festive #christmas

We had a great evening in our showroom at the Vitra Elephant Decorating Workshop, with such a lovely group of designers, our Vitra hosts were blown away with the creativity shown ( of course we were not surprised knowing you all) . The finished result made for a very colourful herd of elephants displayed. Thank you Vitra for providing these animals and a very generous prize and thank you to everyone that came and got so involved creatively. #insideiseverything #creativity #design #vitra #workshop

What a Day at Dragons at the Docks 2024! 🐉✨ From thrilling dragon boat races to the lively atmosphere at the docks, this year’s event was a resounding success!
