University College Dublin and MOBY have successfully launched a new bike-sharing initiative. Last week, a fleet of 55 pedal bikes was introduced across the UCD and UCD Northeastern campuses. The new scheme has been met with overwhelming enthusiasm from students, who are embracing the opportunity for a sustainable and convenient commute. In just a few days, over 350 students have signed up for the service, and an impressive 417 rides have already been taken. University College Dublin deserves commendation for prioritizing clean, accessible, and eco-friendly mobility options for their students! MOBY remains committed to delivering top urban mobility solutions both in Ireland and globally!

This week, we’ve started deploying 500 new electric bikes on the streets of Dublin City, which are now available to rent in our app. This marks the first time Dublin has had such a large fleet of shared e-bikes and means one will always be available to you nearby. Effortless cross city travel by e-bike will get you from point a to b faster than a car or taxi in most instances. So we hope this fleet of e-bikes becomes a much loved transport option for Dubliners. #bikesharing Dublin City Council

We are thrilled to announce that FREENOW in Ireland has partnered with Irish bike sharing provider MOBY to make its pedal e-bike fleet available on the FREENOW app in the Irish capital!  🤩🚀🚲 This integration will allow FREENOW users in Dublin to adopt a more flexible approach to daily transport and choose from different transport options when travelling for work or leisure, easily combining taxis and bikes with existing public transport.
