The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Belgrade has successfully completed the BE-21-Skilled Student Pilot training. The Be21 Skilled project is working to stimulate innovative learning and teaching practices to accomplish its primary goal of developing 21st century skills in STEM students to be able to respond better to the labour market demands, BE-21-SKILLED project puts HEI teachers in limelight. Momentum is delighted to be working on the NatAlli Project. We are firm believers in empowering and supporting women and we’ve seen firsthand the struggles that Ukrainian women are facing. The NatAlli Project, led by FH Münster, is creating a mentoring program for mentors to help university educated Ukrainian women become successful entrepreneurs or innovators within existing companies. Recently, Paula Whyte from Momentum showcased the final set of empowering resources from the We Lead project...which is just coming to an end in terms of the project lifespan but it is just beginning in terms of the impact it hopes to create. WE LEAD from the outset has worked to break down barriers & enable #INCLUSION for all women working in the tourism, hospitality & leisure sectors, who are currently unable to advance their education or careers due to gender stereotyping and active discrimination in terms of opportunities & conditions afforded to them. WE LEAD aims to create inclusive environments that foster equity & equality & are responsive to the needs of the wider community. The We Lead consortium was made up of organisations from Iceland, Denmark, Spain & Ireland Háskólinn á Akureyri Dr. Audur H Ingolfsdottir European E-Learning Institute Cebanc The final publication A Gender Advocacy Toolkit is designed to be a source of inspiration for how to implement campaigns of your own and create awareness among stakeholders. The We Lead Digital Forum is an interactive digital space designed to empower and connect aspiring women leaders in the tourism and hospitality sectors. This unique platform brings together e-learning, peer learning, and multimedia resources to help women in their leadership journey.
