Excited (& nervous) to be speaking at the National Menopause Summit tomorrow and Friday in the Aviva! 😆 A full day packed with experts from many different fields. I definitely don't claim to be an expert, but I will share our journey here at Lidl Ireland & Lidl Northern Ireland to make us more inclusive employer, supporting women during what can be a very difficult transition in their lives. We’re far from done! Launching policies and supports has only been the start. We have to keep the conversation going. We have to advocate for a new norm in workplaces. We have to continue to develop compassionate leaders. Women are the fastest growing demographic in the workplace. Employers have a responsibility to support their employees going through menopause.
