We're delighted to be awarded the winner for the third year running in the Utilities and Services sector in this year's CXi Ireland Customer Experience Report with The CX Company. PhoneWatch has ranked 11th overall out of 150 nationwide brands, across multiple industries. What is involved in the survey? · A random sample of our customers are questioned on the CX we deliver · The customer must have had an interaction with us in the last 6 months · Customers are questioned on our delivery against a CX framework (trust, how we fix things, managing customer expectations, how easy are we to do business with, empathy and treating customers as individuals) · Customers are also questioned on value, affordability, impact of staff on our CX and if we are making improvements to meet the needs of our customers The survey provides great learnings and insights for us on how we can continuously improve our customer experience. We Celebrate Success! Our Direct Sales team has been competing over the last couple of months to see who would participate in the SIFT competition. The top sales reps from #Ireland #norway #sweden #finland raced it out on their local go-kart tracks, and the top 3 from each area were flown over to Amsterdam to race against each other to see who would be crowned the top racer. They then went to see the Formula 1 racing and were taken out for dinner and a night out to say thank you for all their hard work.
