Search - A classic retained or contingency fee ranging from 20% to 25% for hires at all levels on a permanent or interim basis. We take a meticulous approach to each search and give you live access to our market map so you have the data to make a confident hiring decision. Scale - We can fully embed in your team for a monthly flat fee to reduce costs and increase capacity on a full-time or fractional basis. We will act as a trusted extension of your team and manage the full-cycle process to improve your candidate and hiring manager experience.
