Happy birthday to the 🌐 #WorldWideWeb! 31 years ago today #TimBernersLee created a virtual innovative space for information sharing between scientists in universities 🎓 and military groups 🎖️. Little did he know that he would change the paradigm of how human beings communicate, educate, consume information, shop and do business. 🌎 Today, there are 5.44 billion #internet users worldwide, 67.1 % of the global population. Google processes approximately 99,000 🔍 search queries every second. This translates to 8.5 billion daily searches and approximately 2 trillion global searches annually. His invention has changed society forever. 🚀 #Siren #PoweringInvestigations #InternautDay #DigitalExploration #DigitalAge #OnlineSafety #Connect

Thank you Ian Andrews for a great conversation on the Chainalysis Public Key podcast. Really enjoyed the conversation around how #crypto is core to following the money in transnational criminal investigations.

My pup Simba was enamoured with his mini-me 🐻 ➡ Siren's Ted! #SirenTedonTour I traveled to my home town in Ernakulam, Kerala, India 🇮🇳 last month to see my grandparents and pups. Ted has been a great companion while I worked remotely from home. Ted did not see as many sights as he usually would have, due to the monsoon rains. ⛈ But we were glad to stay warm and hearty at home with my mum's great cooking 🥥 and cuddling with Simba and Snoopy.

🚔❓How Can Global Law Enforcement Get Ahead of Transnational Criminals ❓🚔 Over the last decade it has felt that law enforcement is stuck in one giant game of "catch me if you can". But they aren't chasing Leonardo Di Caprio through airports, they are trying to combat pig butchering, cybercrimes and the exploitation of victims on social media. In this episode of the Chainalysis Public Key Podcast, Ian Andrews speaks with John Randles (CEO of Siren) to explain how analysts both in the private and public sector can make up some ground on criminals Quick Thoughts and Insights from the episode 💭⬇️ 🙁 92% of the analysts that Siren surveyed were unhappy with their tech stack they have today ⌛️ It takes 6 to 18 months to train somebody to be an analyst, who are still using outdated tech stack to solve complex problems 📲 Siren has an "all-in-one investigative platform" that pulls together data sources from the blockchain data, dark web, social media, news, company data 🥫 There secret sauce is they are able to create easy to read graphs and intuitive dashboards to compile all that external data with on-premise and classified information 📚 John also highlights that analysts armed with this information can use this police intelligence to be more proactive instead of reactive 🤖 They also use AI to synthesize some of these graphs that nobody knows what they mean and produce plain language and explanatory action steps 🤷🏾♂️ I have seen Siren at all the major conferences and didn't quite know exactly what they do and now I'm absolutely blown away at how both the public sector and private sector can leverage this data 🎧 If you are in the crypto or law enforcement space this is a MUST LISTEN episode 🎧 ⬇️❓ Are You Surprised By These Stats ❓⬇️

An amazing time at the 48th National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) Training & Education Conference in New Orleans! I had the incredible honor of serving as a panelist for a mentoring cohort of future CEOs, sharing insights and experiences that I hope will inspire the next generation of leaders. Additionally, I was thrilled to participate in a powerful Table Talk session with fellow Women Law Enforcement CEOs, where we discussed the challenges and triumphs of leadership in our field. Grateful for the opportunity to connect, learn, and grow alongside such inspiring individuals. Together, we continue to pave the way for excellence in law enforcement leadership! #NOBLE #NOBLE48 #NOLA
