About us
Unislim is Ireland’s longest running slimming and health organisation. We help people to get slimmer with an easy, flexible and delicious weight loss plan and lots of continued support from our leaders all around the country. Born from a dream, Unislim was founded by Agnes McCourt in 1972 when she gathered a group of her friends to cheer and encourage each other towards slimming success. Keeping support and encouragement at its core, Unislim has grown over 44 years to encourage more than 10,000 weekly members across the country. Our classes are run by over 100 trained leaders, all of whom have had a weight loss journey of their own, and therefore have a deep understanding of what their members are going through. From local community meetings to a vibrant online community we are connecting, educating and supporting people who are transforming their lives through healthy eating and lifestyle changes. Our classes are full of support and encouragement between the leaders and their members. With this fun and friendly company, our members really do love life more.
