To mark the 25th anniversary of Waterford Treasures, international experts will share their research on Waterford’s connections with England, Europe and the Americas, the East Indies, the Caribbean, and Asia. This conference has been organised in partnership with Trinity College Dublin (Grace Lawless Lee Fund), the Granville Hotel, University College Dublin College of Arts and Humanities, Maynooth University, Creative Ireland Waterford, Waterford City & County Council and the Department of Foreign Affairs, Ireland. Waterford Treasures Museums opened its doors for the first time 25 years ago through the vision of Eamonn McEneaney. The museum has evolved to now include a collection of six museums in the city’s Viking Triangle welcoming over 100,000 visitors from all over the world every year.
