Job Title: Customer Insights Analyst
Location: Blended work model (remote and flexible)
Annual Leave: 27 days pro rata
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract Duration: 12 months (Start Date: 9th September 2024)
Reporting to: Manager, Consumer Planning and Insights
Job Purpose:
Provide research expertise and support for a strategic quantitative research programme
Key Responsibilities:


  1. Research Programme Management:
    • Handle data management and analysis.
    • Manage sample quotas and weighting impacts.
    • Perform data quality checks and integration.

  2. Project Management:
    • Liaise with supplier agencies.
    • Monitor project scope, timelines, and budget.
    • Ensure quality and timely delivery.

  3. Insight Development:
    • Create research reports and presentations.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders for data interpretation.
    • Conduct bespoke data analysis.

  4. Insight Communication:
    • Produce and present research findings.
    • Create communications for external audiences.

  5. Stakeholder Management:
    • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Support industry and external stakeholder relationships.
    • Respond to queries effectively.


Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 4 years of quantitative research experience.
  • Experience in consumer-driven organizations or research agencies.
  • Strong understanding of statistics and analytical techniques.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and IBM SPSS Reporter.
  • Degree-level qualification (Level 6 QQI Framework).


Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience with various research projects.
  • Awareness of human decision-making models (e.g., behavioral economics).
  • Membership of MRS or Esomar.
  • Participation in MRS/Esomar training events.

Candidates must have EU citizenship or Stamp 4 visa
