Unitrunk Ltd is a leading manufacturer of steel cable management systems with distribution centres throughout the UK and Ireland. We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Rep. to join our dynamic Dublin team.
Customer Service Representative - The Role
Working as part of a busy customer service team, you will be required to provide excellent customer service to all customers, including:
Logging, investigating and resolving debit notes raised by customers
Liaising with customers to ensure excellent customer service
Liaise with appropriate internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Updating schedules
Progress chasing
Highlight any concerns regarding customer care to the Operations Manager
Customer Service Representative - The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is highly motivated and driven.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
Previous customer service experience
Purchase order processing and purchasing invoicing experience
Stock Control knowledge
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Positive manner with ability to build customer intimacy
Knowledge of ERP systems
