Data Analyst (Python and Pyspark)

Smart Edge’s Client is looking for an individual to help with their Data Analyst (Python and Pyspark) @ Dublin, Ireland

Experince Required :

• Strong experience into Techno-functional Data analysis with PysPark, Python, Hive
• Support decision engine build
• Data analysis, translation of model documentation, profiling, build, unit test and system test of solutions in CDSW (PysPark, Spark SQL, Python, HUE – years’ experience)
• Provide technical capabilities to support delivery and build of new decision engine.
• Resource must ensure that all activities are documented in a manner that will enable transition or handover of information in a timely and efficient manner
• SAS Enterprise experience, understand and translate complex SAS code including macros
• Ability to write “understandable” code; produce of supporting documentation that describes the code
• Data lineage analysis
• Ability to take ownership of problems and lead to successful conclusion
• System Testing, System integration testing experience would be preferred
• Knowledge of IRB Models and the calculation of Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) would be preferred, but not essential
• PySpark and EDW knowledge would be preferred
