I had an opportunity to represent the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue at the recent Cyber Week TLV and AI Week TLV. My main point: Freedom is under attack around the world—in Israel, Ukraine, Taiwan and beyond—and trusted technology is the key to preserving it. As the Institute's co-founder and Chairman Keith Krach always points out, TRUST is the most important word in any language. It's the foundation of every relationship—personal, business, or political. If all of us in the free world rally together to embed trust in tech, freedom cannot be extinguished.

Two busy weeks later but I finally managed to get to my annual review on the Cyber Week TLV conference. The conference this year was held in a complex atmosphere and during one of the most challenging times Israel has faced. However, and despite the overwhelming challenges, both the organizers, the wonderful team of Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Cyber Research Center, and the Israeli and international cybersecurity community have shown great resilience and again created a high-quality event with superb contents. I was also fortunate to take part in an expert roundtable discussion about countering influence operations and #disinformation campaigns which focused on regulation, technology and public education and awareness amongst other remedials, mitigations and countermeasures.
