Yesterday, as part of our development program StarTED, we had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Oz Guterman for a meeting on 'The Keys to Success in a Turbulent Technological World.' In the face of the numerous challenges we encounter as a manufacturing company in global markets, maintaining employees motivation and strengthening their connectivity and their engagement to the company are paramount. The meeting was packed with valuable insights, emphasizing the importance of partnership and reciprocity in maximizing employees potential and fostering their growth. Dr. Guterman's talk urged us to transform words into actions that genuinely address our employees' needs. He introduced us to the concept of 'thinking like the fish,' highlighting the importance of maintaining the 'positivity ratio' and the energy we, as managers, bring to our daily routine. He also underscored the value of failure in both our company's development and our personal growth. Remarkably, the lessons we learned are also applicable to our personal lives, including how we educate our children and equip them with the tools to thrive and succeed in the new world. We concluded the meeting with a profound realization: it's not just what we know that matters, but how we apply that knowledge. We are happy to share a heartwarming moment from our recent engagement with "Beit Zinger" boarding school. During the Passover holiday, we had the pleasure of hosting the children from the school for a special movie screening at the VIP complex in Yes Planet. At STARPLAST, we deeply value our role in the community, especially in supporting education and culture for the younger generation. This year on Women's Day, we wanted to add another perspective that reflects and connects us to the current times and the reality we live in. Starplast is a company that connect on many different levels; we bring an idea to life by connecting soul and material until the final product is created. We bridge between different cultures striving for coexistence even in challenging times, we have a special place in our hearts and connect with special needs people, we understand the importance of integrating them to take part in daily activities. We take pride in the diversity & variety which connects our people. At the center of this fascinating human puzzle, while dealing with ongoing challenges, our women are a powerful force in the organizational doing, they are professional, sensitive, smart, and committed, whether on stage or behind the scenes. They are partners and leaders. On this Women's Day, we gathered our leading women’s team for a unique activity dedicated entirely to the Israeli women who were taken hostage by Hamas on Oct.7th and have not been released yet and to the women who have returned from the horror and are fighting to rebuild their lives. Each of our women connected to one of these heroic & brave women, to create a personalized care product made of natural ingredients formulated especially for her, along with a personal greeting card and a prayer for her physical and mental well-being. These products will be packed and sent to the hostages' families as a tribute to these heroines, sending them empathy and hoping for their fast return home.   Thanks to Moran from "Moran Natural Cosmetics" for leading the activity and for being a full partner in this donation. Thanks to our employees who joined and connected to this activity with open hearts.
