🌱Revolutionizing Dairy - One Fungus at a Time!🌱 🍄 Imagindairy, an innovative Israeli foodtech #startup, is pushing the boundaries of dairy production by crafting milk proteins from fungi rather than cows! 🧬 In their Haifa labs, they’ve engineered specific strains of fungi to create cow milk proteins—transforming traditional dairy with a sustainable, ethical twist. Their fungi-produced milk proteins have the same nutrition profile but come with zero lactose, cholesterol, hormones, or antibiotics. 🌍🐄 Imagindairy is part of a global movement to provide sustainable food solutions that address the #environmental toll of animal agriculture. How do you celebrate the completion of a year-long project? You shine a light on the people who made it happen. We just wrapped up the first cohort of the #Women_in_FoodTech_Leadership_Program, and what better way to celebrate than by giving the stage to our incredible lecturers, mentors, participants, and partners? These are the people who brought this program to life. But we didn’t stop there. We hosted a honest panel on leadership with Dr. Neta Lavon, Shelly Lotan (Adv.), and Gofna Liss-Rubin—real talk about handling conflict, building leadership skills, and balancing work and life. No fluff, just actionable insights. And because networking is where the magic happens, we made sure our alumni had a dedicated space to connect with the broader Women in FoodTech community. Sunday was our last session of the #Women_in_Foodtech_Leadership_Program! And we finished on a high note with two very important lectures! Anastasya Semyonov gave a compelling #ESG presentation and shed light on this crucial topics for foodtech leaders. Thank you Anastasya, your expertise and passion for sustainability are inspiring! Then the talented Ayelet Root 🌎 broke down the investor perspectives and shared her expertise on company evaluation models. Your presentation definitely left us wanting to learn more! How do you handle conflict? Do you collaborate, compete, compromise, accommodate, or avoid? #Negotiation skills are crucial, yet many of us, especially women, may find ourselves at a disadvantage in this area. The good news is that negotiation is a skill that anyone can learn and develop! So, what does this mean for us? It means we need to understand the process, learn the tactics, practice regularly, and make these skills our own. Thank you, Sara Celine chetrit, for an excellent negotiation workshop at the #Women_in_Foodtech_Leadership_Program. Your guidance in adding skills to our toolbox, helping us identify our strengths, and teaching new tactics and approaches were extremely important in our journey toward leadership. "If you want to control the results, you must control the process. Understand the scene, define your priorities, and prepare with good responses to resistance."
