    How do we make AI predict the future with 95% accuracy? The answer: Build 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 models. Here's how we've made it work for our clients: Let's say we have a user coming. It's been one hour since they registered. We don't know much except KYC attributes. Two hours later, they kept using the product. We gain more engagement touchpoints to consider. So, we need to update the prediction as the user keeps going. Typically, the first seven days are the attribution window. It's critical we keep updating the stream of predictions. And be able to act within hours from sign-up or visit. But what about the user activity after seven days? They can still be valuable in increasing accuracy. It can help with informed decision-making. But I'm going to give it to you for FREE (𝘺𝘰𝘶'𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘺) Our predictive lifetime value roadmap has helped: Notion → 38% return on ad spend Miro → 30% more corporate plans Mosh → 26% increase in ARPU Here's our step-by-step to DIY: 1) Start by securing executive sponsorship because this requires substantial time and resources 2) Gather and store data in a structured format like a data lake or warehouse 3) Decide on targets like increasing six-month revenue, CAC, or profit margins 4) Train a machine learning model based on these goals and your historical data (I recommend applying feature engineering, time series analysis, and deep learning techniques to make accurate predictions) 5) Check the accuracy and relevance of the model's outputs (compare what the model gives you vs the actual historical data you already have) 6) Develop a strategy to interpret and act on the model’s predictions (this involves setting up mechanisms that turn predictions into specific actions like optimized ad targeting) 7) Go back to your executive team to confirm the new budget and resources needed to do this 8) Integrate the model with Customer API (CAPI) systems to begin real-time network training (this allows the model to start learning from live data, fine-tuning predictions as user interactions happen) 9) Quality-assure the model by checking conversion rates and match rates (are the predictions translating into expected outcomes?) 10) Troubleshoot and adapt as issues arise in a real-world setting (obstacles like data variances need immediate adjustments) 11) We always execute an A/B test to compare the model’s performance with and without certain interventions (this can last from several weeks to a couple of months) 12) Analyze the results from the A/B test (did it meet the objectives?) and then refine. 13) Strategically roll out the model across all accounts in phases (you don't want to disrupt the user experience or data consistency) 14) Regularly update and maintain the model to new data and patterns (this is a must to keep the model effective over time) Now, why am I sharing this with you for free?
