ICYMI - We had an amazing time at this year’s #ICMA2024 conference in Pittsburgh! Our team had the chance to connect with over 100 Zencity partners, who continue to inspire us with their dedication to their communities - including Nancy Leuenhagen and Sabrina Abdulla, who graciously joined Eyal Feder-Levy to lead our ICMA session "You Collected Resident Input. You Have the Data. Now What?" Our booth was buzzing with great conversations about the future of AI and local government. And, of course, our annual party was a huge highlight, where we celebrated leadership and community with over 500 attendees. And a special shoutout goes to our very own Lee Feldman for receiving a well-deserved legacy award – a true leader in the field. We’re already looking forward to next year! #ICMA2025

Coming back from an incredible week at ICMA - International City/County Management Association annual conference in #Pittsburgh. Here is some of what I loved most: * Meeting over 100 Zencity partners and getting inspired by the impactful work they do for their communities with our platform and beyond (including Al, Lea, Brandon, Lois, Doug, Mike, Jonathan, Pam, Brett, and especially Sabrina, Nancy, Eric and Michael who got on stage to share it) * Watching the room celebrate leadership - the legacy one of Lee Feldman and the new one of incoming president Tanya Ange, ICMA-CM. * Listening to the conversation about AI get tangible and practical, a strong focus of ours, especially in in-depth sessions by experts like Santiago, David and Peter. * Hanging out and learning from industry partners like James , Tom, Bratton, team Adi Gali , Mike, Kevin, Nick, Ammiel, team Rep'd and so many more. * Seeing the awesome and driven team Zencity in action - doing all they can to support City Managers Shota, Traci, Merav, Noa, Marta, Allison, Achinoam, Patrick, Guy, Cheyna, Tali, Shasa, Yoav, Uri <3 * But more than anything - I LOVED the opportunity to give back to the world-changing community of city and county managers. It was a huge privilege to host over 500 (!!!) of you in our annual party and award ceremony. Thank you for having us, and thank you to this community - for all you do for your communities!

Voter turnout in local elections is often surprisingly low—on average, only 20-30% of eligible voters cast their ballots. This gap highlights the need for stronger community engagement. Just wrapped up an incredible offsite with our whole Customer Success and Solutions team at Zencity and wow - what a week! Not only was it amazing to see and spend time with everyone in person but it was also incredible learning and planning together. Boy do we feel set up for success! With the help of Annie Stefano, M.Ed. 🚦🔮 from Growth Molecules™ we leveled up our CS skills and I know our customers are going to feel it! All the while, our Solutions team made an amazing roadmap to plan out how they will better support our customers over the course of the next year. We came together as a team at the end for some unifying sessions like a very meaningful and enlightening panel with our incredible customers: Michael Goodrum Candee Ramos Doria Fleisher Doug Schulze as well as a super helpful session about turning data into action with Ayala Adler. This all wouldn't have been possible without the guidance and support from Maurice Classen and Eyal Feder-Levy alongside the months of planning from Traci Levin Meg Maguire and Enav Birnbaum, PhD.
