This festive season has reminded us of the strength in unity, the power in purpose, and the joy in creating impact together. At Amadeus, these aren’t just seasonal initiatives—they reflect our everyday commitment to the communities around us. This commitment began with a simple but powerful activity: leaders and team members gathering with over 200 people with disabilities for a DIY board game afternoon. More than an event, it was a celebration of #connection, #resilience, and #inclusion. For young girls at Udayan Care, 15 refurbished laptops opened doors to #STEM and #digitallearning, unlocking new possibilities and shaping brighter futures. On #QueerDay, volunteers joined hands with the transgender community to paint a vibrant canvas of #unity and #pride. This initiative not only celebrates diversity but also supports skilling courses that empower members of the transgender community toward greater independence. Meanwhile, our dedicated volunteers, even while working from home, created audio-digital content on travel and tourism to support visually challenged students. Some of our volunteers also translated similar written content from English to Kannada. These initiatives, marking #WorldTourismDay, reached over 50,000 students in rural government schools, opening up new worlds and possibilities for them to learn about travel, tourism and in their vernacular language. And at Karunashraya, a cancer hospice, the team offered compassionate support to patients in palliative care, bringing comfort and companionship in challenging times. With 220 volunteers dedicating over 2,000 hours in September and October alone, these efforts embody Amadeus’s ongoing purpose: growing together with empathy, responsibility, and a shared vision of a brighter future. #AmadeusVolunteerMonth #CommunityImpact #WeAreAmadeus
