Use insights to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation. 3.Product Planning and Prioritization: Work with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog. 4.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives. 5.Prototype and MVP Development: Oversee the development of prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs), iterating based on user feedback and testing results. 6.Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive product launch plans, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer support strategies. 7.Performance Tracking and Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance post-launch. Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 8.Customer Engagement and Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, gathering feedback through surveys, interviews, and user testing. Use insights to drive product enhancements and improvements. 9.Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that products comply with relevant regulations and quality standards, working closely with regulatory and quality assurance teams. 10.Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, including product updates, enhancements, and eventual end-of-life decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Proven experience (X years) in product management, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of product development processes, including Agile methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market. Knowledge of trenchers or heavy equipment manufacturing is a plus.
