The National Health Authority (NHA) is participating in the #QUAD Workshop on Pandemic Preparedness for the Indo-Pacific Region, being held at the Sushma Swaraj Bhavan in New Delhi from March 17-19, 2025. The workshop brings together representatives from the Quad nations—Australia, India, Japan, and the USA. At the event, the NHA is showcasing its flagship initiatives: the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) and the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY). Introducing ‘DocTalk’ - A series of testimonials where our private sector doctors, onboarded on Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) through #100Micrositeproject, will share their experience of using #ABDM enabled services in their clinics/hospitals. In the first testimonial of this series, Dr. Tejesh Mehta, Ophthalmologist from Indore talks about his ABDM experience. Dr. Mehta was approached by the Microsite team in March 2024. They briefed him about ABDM and how it can benefit both doctors and patients. Dr Mehta did his own research as well and decided to implement ABDM in his hospital. Within a year, he has created thousands of ABHA health records for his patients. Today, he is even more committed to using ABDM-enabled digital tools to enhance patient care and streamline clinic management. Health Facilities under Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission’s 100 Microsite Project have linked more than 50 Lakh health records now. The project is an effort to drive adoption of ABDM among the small and medium scale private healthcare providers. Started in August 2023, total 121 Microsites spread across 20 States/UTs have been operationalized under 100 Microsite project, registering more than 80,000 doctors and 57,000 Healthcare facilities on ABDM. 17 of these Microsites have achieved all phase-wise milestones and completed their Microsite journeys, while 55 are in final phase of completion.
