Are we missing the real India opportunity by focusing too much on the top 150 Million India 1 🤔 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆, 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗘𝗘 . India 1 : 140 M people, 15K $ /  GDP per person India 2 : 300 M people, 3k $ / GDP per person India 3 : 1000 M people, 1k $ / GDP per person ( Classification by Indus Valley Report 2025) We generally fail to understand how to tap the emerging economy of India-2 which is 30 Cr + population and focus mostly on India 1. Yesterday morning went watching and thinking throughout the day after watching the amazing podcast with deep insights on India's opportunity by Anand Lunia ( GP - IndiaQuotient  ) 𝗠𝘆 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗱𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁: 1. Solving for India, request to NOT understand it from the 𝗨𝗦 / 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘀. 2. India has 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 for the right product experience . Eg: Kumbh 3. Digital Dopamine is real and going byeond 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 like Ludo, Dream11 4. Building for India, doenst need 𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵. 5. Pedigree and experience are 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱. 6. We dont need 70% Gross margin products , but need 𝗭𝗘𝗥𝗢 𝗖𝗔𝗖 products.  Ex: Zudio, Whatsapp , Google. 7. 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗦𝗔𝗔𝗦 is big opportunity up for grab esp in finance and accounting. 8. AI for Indian masses, needs to be 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗿 to use than Google. Special shoutout to the Podcast host Shantanu Deshpande , Revant Bhate and Chirag Taneja . Honestly a good content podcast doesn't need a fancy studio. Let me know what was your takeaway from this masterclass. Links in comment 👇

  • How Brands Are Scaling Sales with 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴? 🤔 Affiliate Marketing helps scale up 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, but 𝗻𝗼𝘁 through traditional Meta and Google ads. The space is 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱, and many brands make mistakes—especially with 𝗳𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀. That’s why relying on 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗸𝗲𝘆. While working with multiple brands, we’ve seen that 𝗨𝗣𝗜 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 PhonePe, Google Pay, CRED, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 Paytm have a 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 and drive real conversions. And it’s not just UPI apps. Quick Commerce brands like Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 are also emerging now as strong 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 platforms. Affiliate marketing helps brands 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, but the focus needs to shift. The traditional model is mostly 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 (𝗖𝗣𝗖 - 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸), but brands need to look at 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 to truly measure impact. Want to know how to do it right? • How to Boost Your 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗘𝗢? With 𝟲𝟳.𝟵% 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 and 𝟮.𝟳𝟳 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆, brands must stand out in search results to 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀. Brands invest in ads, social media, and influencer collaborations—but how do they know which strategies deliver the best organic reach? This is where 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗦𝗘𝗢) comes in. It helps brands improve search rankings, increase visibility, and drive organic traffic by answering key questions like: • What keywords bring in the most traffic? • How do competitors rank higher? • Which backlinks improve authority? 𝗦𝗘𝗢 is all about optimizing your website to appear at the top when potential customers search for products or services. Unlike paid ads, SEO brings sustainable, long-term traffic at a lower cost. But, luckily there are tools that help brands ranging from keyword research to site performance and more. They help: ✅ Find high-ranking keywords ✅ Analyze competitors’ strategies ✅ Track website performance & fix issues ✅ Improve page speed & user experience Without proper SEO tracking, brands risk losing traffic and might miss out on potential customers. That’s why investing in 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗦𝗘𝗢 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 like Google Search Console, Google PageSpeed Insights, Semrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest & more are essential. Want to learn how these tools work and how they can help your brand? Check out our detailed blog in the comments below 👇

  • How to Track What Really Drives 𝗔𝗽𝗽 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀? With millions of apps on the Play Store and App Store, brands use apps to boost engagement and repeat usage. To drive installs, they run ads, collaborate with influencers, and offer special deals. But how do they know which efforts work best? This is where 𝗔𝗽𝗽 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 comes in. It tracks how ads, campaigns, and partnerships lead to installs and engagement, answering key questions like: • Where do my users come from? • Which campaigns drive the most installs? • What’s the best channel for ROI? It is all about figuring out which ads or marketing efforts make users install and use an app. Unlike web attribution, where clicking a link takes users straight to a webpage, app attribution usually sends users to the app store first before they can download or open the app. It helps marketers understand which efforts are most effective in: • Acquiring and retaining users • Optimizing marketing spend • Improving overall campaign performance But, if your tracking isn’t accurate, you won’t know which ads or campaigns are working best, leading to wasted money and missed chances to improve. That's where 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 come into play which demands the use of some powerful tools to track user behaviour. Mobile 𝗮𝗽𝗽 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 are designed to help marketers and app developers track, analyse, and optimise their user acquisition efforts. AppsFlyer, Branch, Singular, Airbridge & Adjust are some tools that help marketers understand how user interactions help their marketing campaigns. To know how these tools work and how can they help your brand, feel free to check out the detailed blog in the comments below 👇

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃2𝐂 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐮𝐳𝐳𝐥𝐞: 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 Recently, while working with a D2C fashion brand, I noticed that their Performance Marketing spend per session was ₹6, while their Revenue per session stood at ₹30. However, when factoring in marketing tool costs and the manpower involved, the cost per session easily exceeded ₹10. This meant that 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 33% 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒖𝒆 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒎𝒆𝒅 𝒃𝒚 𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒆—leaving little room for profit or sustainable margins. For years, D2C brands have scaled through aggressive marketing spends, heavily relying on paid channels to drive traffic and conversions. With over 70% of their traffic coming from paid marketing and no solid retention strategy in place, they struggle to turn one-time buyers into loyal customers. Today, many are facing a harsh reality—growth doesn’t necessarily translate to profitability. 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝑰𝒔𝒔𝒖𝒆: 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑬𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒚 𝒊𝒔 𝑩𝒓𝒐𝒌𝒆𝒏 ❗️𝑪𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒄𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒄𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒔 (𝑪𝑨𝑪) keep rising as ad platforms get more competitive. ❗️ 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒇𝒕𝒆𝒏 𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝒄𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, leading to wasted spend and difficult to identify winners and losers ❗️ Many brands 𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒛𝒆 𝒏𝒆𝒘 𝒄𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒄𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, making each purchase an expensive one-time transaction. ❗️ 𝑻𝒆𝒄𝒉, 𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒚𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒔, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎 𝒄𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒔 add hidden overhead, further squeezing margins. With these challenges, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐂𝐑𝐎) are no longer just good-to-have—they are mission-critical. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 The brands that will win in this environment are the ones that: ✅ 𝑶𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒛𝒆 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒅 – Shift focus from broad acquisition to high-intent, high-LTV customers. ✅ 𝑭𝒊𝒙 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒌𝒔 – Even a small uplift in website conversion rates can significantly reduce CAC. ✅ 𝑷𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒛𝒆 𝑹𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 & 𝑳𝑻𝑽 – A repeat customer is far more valuable than a one-time buyer. ✅ 𝑬𝒍𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒄𝒌𝒍𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑰𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒇𝒚 𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒄𝒌𝒍𝒚 At DAiOM, we’ve been working closely with brands to navigate this shift—identifying gaps, optimizing marketing spend, and driving sustainable growth. 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗮 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲? A few years ago, I had a family member struggling to get a follow-up appointment. The doctor was great, but the clinic was overwhelmed—lost records, missed calls, endless waiting times. We weren’t the only ones frustrated. The doctor himself was drowning in paperwork, trying to manage patient history manually, while also handling appointments and follow-ups. This isn’t just one clinic’s problem. 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟯𝟬% 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝟭𝟬+ 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗮 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀. That’s time that should be spent with patients. This is where a 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗖𝗥𝗠) 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 makes a difference. It helps with: ✅ 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 & 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 ✅ 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 ✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 ✅ 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 Remember, a well-organized clinic runs smoother, benefiting both doctors and patients. At DAiOM, we help healthcare providers integrate 𝗔𝗜-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗥𝗠 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 that simplify clinic operations and enhance patient care. Tools like Practo, Lybrate, Salesforce 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱, Zoho 𝗖𝗥𝗠 & MocDoc are making a huge impact in India, and we help doctors make the most of them. If you’re a doctor, clinic manager, or part of a healthcare team, it’s time to ask—𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆, 𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗼𝘀? Want to take this conversation forward?
