During this period, Design Plus has won several national design competitions, and also applauded with various Awards and recognition. Recognised as the best commercial architectural practice in Haryana to being recognised as the best practise in India for Education and Sports Infrastructure. As we near completion of our latest hospitality and recreational club project, the architecture begins to speak for itself—an urban retreat seamlessly designed for leisure, wellness, and community. From curated F&B experiences to indoor sports, passive recreation zones like mini-theatre, arcade, TT, and pool tables, every space is choreographed for layered engagement. Anchored by fitness and rejuvenation—gym, spa, and a stunning terrace pool—this building becomes the social and physical nucleus of the neighborhood. Site Progress Update | Engineering Institute Building Construction is advancing as per schedule. Level 4 lintel installation and façade works are in progress, while reinforcement and formwork preparations are underway for the casting of the Level 5 slab. We are pleased to present our latest project—a comprehensive high-performance center that redefines the paradigms of athletic infrastructure and sustainable design. Encompassing approximately 400,000 sq.ft., this facility integrates a wide array of functions including residential accommodations for 600 athletes, dedicated strength and conditioning zones, rehabilitation spaces, biomechanics laboratories, an Olympic pool, and diverse recreational sports courts. Additionally, the inclusion of dining facilities, an extensive learning center, and a fully equipped gym underscores our commitment to fostering holistic athletic development. The design advances sustainability with an ambition toward LEED Platinum certification. Critical interventions include advanced roof insulation systems, recessed glazing, DGUS implementation, a purpose-designed solar farm, and sophisticated water recirculation and waste management strategies. Each element has been meticulously considered to not only support athletic performance but also to contribute to an ecologically responsible built environment. This project is a testament to the convergence of architectural innovation and theoretical rigor, challenging conventional approaches to sports infrastructure while embracing the imperatives of sustainable practice.
