🌟 A remarkable reunion took place as Selva, an inspiring 11-year-old from Tiruchirappalli who triumphed over Fanconi Anemia, Smita Joshi, who helped save his life. Thanks to Smita’s generous decision to donate stem cells, Selva is now thriving in 7th grade and embracing his second chance at life. Smita’s selfless act exemplifies the profound impact one individual can have on another’s journey. Her commitment to helping others, even in the face of personal reservations, is truly inspiring. Before the month ends, we want to take a moment to reflect on the amazing drive that took place exactly a month ago in Pondicherry on August 21st with **Sri Manakula Vinayagar Medical College**. In collaboration with their student council, we registered 140 potential stem cell donors. This wouldn’t have been possible without the fantastic support from the SPOC and student volunteers who also connected us with other colleges in the region. Thanks to them, we were able to extend our efforts to: Sri Manakula Vinayagar Institute of Technology (SMVIT), where we registered 590 donors with the help of NSS and dedicated student volunteers.    Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College (SMVEC), adding 401 more potential lifesavers to the registry. In total, over 1,000 future lifesavers joined our cause! 🙌 We are incredibly grateful to the students, faculty, and everyone who made this possible. Pondicherry, you’ve been nothing short of amazing.
