We are pleased to announce Ravi Alluri as the Associate Director for our Advisory practice. Ravi brings in a decade of experience within the Advisory business, predominantly risk-based internal audits, control optimization, business process management, enterprise risk management and regulatory reporting. Sachin comes with 22 years of global experience in information technology. Empowering young minds with the gift of education!   We just wrapped up Phase II of our Backpack Drive in Ahmedabad, in collaboration with Karma Foundation. Robbi Dickens, PMP, Associate Director, Advisory and Alesa Ruffino, CIA, Manager, Advisory from our US offices wrapped up a visit to the India offices recently. They travelled to all of our India offices, providing trainings to 80+ colleagues from Assurance, Tax, Advisory and Outsourced Services.  During the weekends, they visited some iconic places like Nariman Point, Marine Drive, Gateway of India, CST, Charminar, Statue of Equality and Chowmahalla Palace. Celebrating Leadership and Growth! We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the first chapter of our inaugural Leadership Launchpad Program (LLP)! This immersive program was designed to empower our colleagues with advanced leadership skills, strategic thinking, and innovative approaches to drive our organization's success. The 3-day program was an amalgamation of training sessions on key aspects of leadership, team-building activities and exploring the heritage and culture of Indore. Over the 3 days, the team engaged in insightful training, hands-on projects, and focussed mentorship sessions. Indore was a perfect setting for our group to explore the various highlights of the city and build strong bonds and connections with their peers and their leaders.
