I am truly honored and humbled to receive the "Food Tech Woman Entrepreneur of the year at the 6th edition of Annual BW Disrupt Women Entrepreneurs & Intrapreneurs Awards 2024.
Thank you Annurag Batra Sir & BW Disrupt for this recognition. Your outlined vision to recognize and celebrate women who are reshaping the business and social landscape in India is truly commendable. It really inspires us, motivate us and help us hold on to hope, which may be underrated but very important :-). Thank you eminent Jury panel for ensuring we really work hard to become worthy of it.
Sometimes moments like these make us pause and just reflect on the journey we have had until that moment. It makes us really wonder....... Damn! how did we do this?
While walking up to the stage, I realized that though the distance from back of the room to the stage seems small, there is a long arduous but very interesting journey outside the room which led up to this. It is a result of a lot of hard work from a lot of people. The revolution starts only when the second person joins the movement and then the third, the fourth , so on and so forth. I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who knowingly or unknowingly helped us, encouraged us, believed in us, trusted us. I want to thank all our investors, led by Rainmatter and Kamala capital, for believing in us and giving us much required support to build Evolved Foods which aspires to contribute towards a conscious world.
Thank you Sampath Kumar (Sam) Iyengar for your invaluable guidance and direction in helping me become a better version of myself each day.
It was a matter of pride for me that I was accompanied by these three amazing gentlemen who were cheering for me. Thank you for being there. It meant a lot Sudiip K Goswami, Madhav Bissa, Pradeep Rao :)
Billa, It was an absolute pleasure to meet you. Your energy is really contagious. Looking forward to meeting you again.
Team Evolved Foods - The fact that I reached that podium is because of the efforts we all have put in together. So congratulations to all of us. You guys rock :-)
A big thank you to all our advisors, client partners, vendor partners, chefs, customers, family, dearest friends and well wishers for their trust and support.
