This series will guide you through each stage of the recruitment process, providing hands-on experience and valuable feedback. Schedule Overview: 1. Online Test (OLT): Date: 31st August The series kicks off with an Online Test, designed to mirror the aptitude and technical assessments commonly used by companies during internship recruitment. This will help you gauge your readiness and identify areas for improvement. 2. Group Discussion (GD): Date: 1st September The next step is a Group Discussion, where you’ll engage in a dynamic exchange of ideas with your peers. This session will hone your communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills, essential for success in a group setting. 3. Interviews: Dates: 2nd-3rd September The series culminates in mock interview sessions, providing you with an opportunity to practice answering common interview questions and receive constructive feedback. This experience is invaluable in building your confidence and refining your interview techniques. Important: Candidates are required to bring their resumes to the mock interview sessions. We had the privilege of hosting Mr.Prem Kumar Verma Sir, Former President of Exploration and production at Reliance Industries Ltd and Former Executive Director Asset at ONGC. During the session, Mr.Prem Kumar Verma sir offered a comprehensive overview of deep water oil and gas operations, shedding light on the technology and processes integral to offshore drilling. Sir delved into current trends and challenges in the industry, including environmental and technical hurdles. Through detailed case studies of successful projects in India’s offshore sector, attendees gained valuable insights into the complexities and innovations driving this field. The session was followed by an engaging Q&A segment where students had the opportunity to ask questions and understand deeper into specific topics of interest.
