Do you thrive on turning ideas into fully operational production units? At Food Buddies, we are looking for a Turnkey Manager – Projects who can lead end-to-end food manufacturing setups, from conceptualization to execution. You should have 7 to 10 years of experience in setting up food factories or Greenfield projects, with a strong educational background in(B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech)-Food Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. As a key player in our team, you will need expertise across multiple domains of factory setup, including extrusion, convenience foods, bakery, and beverages. Your role will involve not just technical execution but also strategic decision-making, ensuring operational excellence in food processing. 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Factory Setup & Execution: Spearhead Greenfield projects and food industry setups, ensuring smooth execution from planning to commissioning. • Process Design & Optimization: Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and conduct process optimizations for efficiency. • Techno-Economic Feasibility: Conduct technical & economic feasibility studies, including OPEX & CAPEX estimations, breakeven analysis, and ROI calculations. • Plant & Equipment Design: Create detailed plant layouts using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or SketchUp, and oversee the installation & commissioning of food machinery. • Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with machinery vendors to ensure the best solutions for project requirements. • Commercialization & Scale-Up: Lead the transition of food products from lab scale to full industrial production. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure project success. • Training & Technology Transfer: Conduct hands-on training sessions for clients and production teams, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer. • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
