Nashik is widely known as the wine capital of India and for the famous 'Mixture farsan', but did you know it's also synonymous with a famous Maharashtrian savoury delight? Clue: It can be had in breakfast, lunch, or even during hi-tea. On his recent trip to Nashik, to visit our new office, the branch team made our President, Avinash Satwalekar, take time out from his meetings, for a delicious afternoon made of #Misal! And just like every mutual fund offers something different, every city in Maharashtra has its own take on this culinary dish, accompanied by different ‘farsan’, condiments and of course, spice levels. The 'Puneri' version is a little sweet, sour and spicy while Kolhapur offers you that extra heat. But in Nashik, we found the perfect blend of both the worlds! One thing is for sure, from our partners to the bold flavours in its food delicacies, the experience in Nashik was one to savour. A big thank you to all our distributor partners for their warm hospitality. . . . Swaroop Bhatwadekar #FranklinTempletonIndia #FranklinTempleton #EkTeamEkMaqsad #FTBharatDarshan #BetterTogether
