🌟 Exciting News from GH2 Solar Ltd! 🌟 We are thrilled to announce the creation of our new joint venture company, **GH2 AHES**, in a strategic partnership with South Korea’s leading hydrogen innovator, **AHES(Advanced Hydrogen Energy Solutions)**! 🤝 On March 12, 2025, we signed the **Shareholders’ Agreement (SHA)** at the Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Office, marking a pivotal step in revolutionizing India’s green hydrogen sector. The event saw key dignitaries, including Jeonbuk Governor Kim Kwanyoung, Wanju County Mayor Yoo Hee-tae, Wanju Techno Valley CEO Choi Choong-sik, AHES CEO Lee Jung-hee, and Mr. Raj Sharma from Rhizome Energy. 🇰🇷 Mohit Goel Sim And San advised and transacted the deal for GH2 . ### GH2 AHES: Leading Electrolyzer Manufacturing in India In **Phase 1**, GH2 AHES will establish a cutting-edge electrolyzer manufacturing factory in India, leveraging AHES’s eco-friendly technology with cost-effective, durable non-precious metal catalysts—replacing expensive platinum and iridium. This aligns with India’s clean energy goals. 🌱⚡ Under the **Production-Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme**, we will produce **105 MW of electrolyzers annually for the next 5 years**, supported by a **147 crore INR subsidy**, meeting domestic demand and boosting India’s renewable energy ecosystem. ### Strategic Growth with GH2 Commitment Partnering with **Rhizome Energy**, GH2 Solar Ltd. is investing **$20 million** in the JV to set up the facility and create jobs. Aligning with the Indian government’s **skill development initiatives**, we will prioritize local talent, enhancing employment opportunities.
