goalkeep x Baithak Foundation: Empowering through Arts & Data🎼💾 We’re thrilled to share our collaboration with Baithak Foundation on their APT (Anubhav-Parichay-Taleem) program, which brings traditional Indian music, dance, and instruments to children from underprivileged schools, while giving talented local artists a platform to showcase their art.🎶✨ The challenge? Baithak Foundation needed a systematic, data-driven approach to monitor their impact as they scale up. Here's how we helped: • Conducted interviews with their team, artists, teachers, and donors to identify key impact indicators. • Designed data collection systems to ensure consistent tracking. • Built a dashboard that provides real-time insights for informed decision-making. • Trained their team to maintain high-quality data and align strategy with their impact goals. Outcomes: The team now has a clear view of their impact, both operationally and strategically. With access to robust data, they are better equipped to make decisions and improve outcomes. As we continue to work together, we’ve learned the true value of aligning strategy, design, and impact measurement. A huge thank you to Dakshayani Athalye, Mandar Karanjkar and team for trusting us in this journey!

Workshop Highlights at BITS Pilani🎓 On September 21, 2024, Goalkeep had the privilege of conducting a workshop for the students of BITS Pilani, led by our very own Jishnu Sarkar. 📊The session, titled "Dashboard Design Essentials", aimed to: • Help students organize information using principles of information hierarchy and layout. • Introduce key features of various visualization tools and their ideal use cases. 🔑Key moments from the event included: • Watching students apply their learnings to design mock dashboards. • An exciting KBC-style quiz that tested their knowledge of visualization tools. (Check out the attached PDF for a glimpse of the quiz questions we used!) • A special mention from their teacher, who plans to use some of the facilitation strategies demonstrated to enhance her own teaching methods! A big thank you to BITS Pilani for the opportunity to share insights on dashboard design and visualization tools with such an engaged group of future leaders!

Goalkeep Offsite 2024: A Journey of Growth and Collaboration🌟 This month, the Goalkeep team hit pause on our daily routine to come together for a mid-year offsite—a much-needed break for our remote team! It was a refreshing 3-day retreat filled with reflection, strategy, and celebration. Here’s what made it special: • Reflection on the past 6 months We took time to look back on our journey, acknowledging both the challenges we’ve faced and the meaningful partnerships we've built with our clients. • Strategic planning for the quarter ahead With several initiatives underway, we had conversations about prioritising—what needs our immediate attention and what can wait—ensuring our focus is aligned with our goals. • Collaborating on organizational priorities Often, internal priorities take a backseat to client projects. This dedicated time allowed us to focus on Goalkeep’s own growth and development—together. • Celebrating wins, big and small This year has been challenging, but it’s also brought amazing opportunities to collaborate with organizations driving real social impact. We’re proud of how far we’ve come! We wrapped up with a fun-filled Taco Night, curated by our in-house chef, Jishnu! Grateful to all the effort our team has put in - Manije Kelkar, Swapneel Rane, Jishnu Sarkar, Bhumika Manjunath, Aditya Krishnan, Keerthi LN With renewed energy and focus, we’re excited for the journey ahead at Goalkeep.

Empowering Change Through Digital Transformation🌟 We are proud to share our recent collaboration with Vanavil Trust for their After School Center program!🎒📚 Project Overview: The goal was to digitize their attendance tracking system, transitioning from paper to digital tools, empowering field staff and making it easier to identify students at risk of dropping out. This critical data helps coordinators intervene early, ensuring children stay in school and succeed. The Challenge: Previously, attendance and performance data were recorded manually. Without a proper tool for tracking progress, it was hard to identify potential dropouts and offer timely support. Our Approach: Bhumika, our Project Manager and Keerthi, our Data Analyst designed user-friendly google sheets that mirror the familiar paper-based system, ensuring an easy transition for the team. A dashboard was developed to track attendance and highlight at-risk students in real-time, making data actionable. Last week we conducted a two day training workshop to build comfort and confidence in their team to be able to use the dashboard. Outcomes: • Early identification of children at risk of dropping out. • Simplified intervention by coordinators. • A positive shift towards data-driven decisions for long-term impact. Our Learnings: • Narrowing focus to one particular aspect of the program helped us get tangible outputs ready for their team faster • Conducting the training in Tamil led to high engagement and quick adoption, reinforcing the importance of local language training for effective implementation. Celebrating Inclusivity at JVF's Annual Day🎉 On September 25, 2024, we had the honor of being part of Jai Vakeel Foundation and Research Centre Annual Day at the iconic National Centre for Performing Arts (NCPA). Our team, Manije, Swapneel, Jishnu and Aditya witnessed a heartwarming display of talent and determination as 350+ students from JVF’s Mumbai campuses took the stage for a musical tribute to community workers. Students of all abilities, with the support of their dedicated teachers, therapists, and parents, performed in front of a full house of parents, donors, and esteemed guests. It was a magical and emotional day that truly showcased the power of inclusivity and the impact JVF is making in the lives of so many. We are proud to collaborate with an organization like JVF, which is building an inclusive world where every student shines.🌟 Thank you, Archana Chandra, for letting us be part of this unforgettable celebration!
