An Incredible Learning Experience at the GenAI Workshop – IIT Delhi I recently had the opportunity to attend an insightful Generative AI workshop at IIT Delhi, organized in collaboration with GUVI Geek Networks, IITM Research Park, Intel Corporation, and HCL Enterprise. The workshop covered AI application development, machine learning, and practical work with Python libraries, making it a truly enriching experience. It was great to explore Lenovo’s cutting-edge AIPC technology and even more exciting to be recognized with goodie T-shirts for active engagement and strong performance in LLM-related tests. Being part of this learning journey with Aanshi Gupta and Ritu Mishra made it even more memorable! From a spontaneous registration to two days of deep AI exploration, this workshop was packed with valuable insights and hands-on learning. A truly rewarding experience. Intel AI professionals shared their expertise, giving us a deeper understanding of AI advancements and real-world applications. Then came Dr. Amit Arjun Verma from GUVI-HCL, who masterfully explained various AI models and their practical use cases. His clarity and teaching approach made complex topics feel like a breeze. And, of course, to keep the energy high, Yash Sharma (the host from GUVI) ensured we never had a dull moment, making the session interactive and fun! 🎙️ 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮: 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗢𝗻 & 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗜 This day was all about practical implementation! 💻 We started with a Git & GitHub revision session by Lokesh Kumar, reinforcing the importance of version control in AI projects. Then, we dove straight into LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LangChain, with Karthick Thangadurai guiding us through building AI-powered chat applications. Throughout the day, we had some great discussions with Kushal Dev Kashyap and explored how AI is shaping real-world solutions in ways we never imagined. 💡 "𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲—𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿." 🌟 An Unforgettable Learning Journey at the GUVI-HCL & Intel Generative AI Workshop at IIT Delhi! 🌟 I recently had the incredible opportunity to attend a 2-day workshop on Generative AI, organized by GUVI-HCL in collaboration with Intel, hosted at the prestigious IIT Delhi. It was an enriching experience that left me inspired, knowledgeable, and connected with amazing minds! 🧠💡 From insightful lectures to hands-on sessions, the workshop was a perfect blend of theory and practice. The highlight was learning from industry experts like Karthick Thangadurai, Amit Arjun Verma, Yash Sharma whose expertise and passion for AI were truly motivating. The sessions deepened my understanding of Generative AI and its transformative potential across industries. 🚀🤖 🔹 Key Learnings: - Explored the fundamentals of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their real-world applications. 📚🤖 - Delved into Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and its role in enhancing AI systems. 🔍✨ - Gained insights into the Transformer Architecture, the backbone of modern AI models. ⚙️🧠 - Learned about Langchain applications for building powerful, chain-based AI solutions. ⛓️🤯 - Discovered the amazing Hugging Face platform, a hub for AI models, datasets, and tools. 🤗💻 Beyond the learning, I’m grateful for the chance to meet and connect with like-minded individuals, exchange ideas, and build friendships with Riya Bisht, Jaspreet Singh, Suhani Saxena.
