Extensible IT Solutions Private Limited is Now Hexure is looking for Quality Engineer (Automation). We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join us and be a part of Company Success. For this particular opening, we are recruiting from Jaipur Location. Key Responsibilities:   1. Test Automation Development:   - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.   - Build and enhance test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.   2. Test Planning and Execution:   - Collaborate with QA and development teams to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans.   - Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and ensure software quality.   3. Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):   - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing and rapid feedback.   - Monitor and maintain the CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution.   4. Defect Management:   - Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.   - Work closely with the development team to resolve defects and ensure timely fixes.   5. Code Quality and Review:   - Follow best practices for code quality, including code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards.   - Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality code delivery.   6. Documentation and Reporting:   - Document test cases, test scripts, and test execution results.   - Provide regular reports on test coverage, execution status, and defect metrics.     - Experience: 3+ years of experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver and Java. - Technical Skills:  - Proficiency in Java programming language.  - Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks.  - Experience with build and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, or similar.  - Familiarity with version control systems like Git.  - Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools (e.g., TestNG, JUnit). - Soft Skills:  - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.  - Strong communication and collaboration skills.  - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.   - Additional Skills (Nice to Have):  - Experience with API testing tools like Postman, Rest Assured.  - Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter.  - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of other insurance products, such as Long-Term Care and Disability required.  * Minimum of 2+ years of experience in gathering and writing business requirements for life and annuity products required.  * Industry Certifications and/or licenses preferred.  * An understanding of Agile Software Development Life Cycle is preferred.  * Has an intermediate understanding of how product features are implemented within our systems.
