Why do some employees show more passion than others in the workplace? You know, the ones who seem more committed, focused and are willing to go the extra mile in all that they do. 🤔 Is it an intrinsic thing? People don’t become passionate without a reason. Integro Leadership say that employees become passionate about doing things that are both emotionally satisfying and that they see as significant, worthwhile or meaningful. In other words, there are some basic human needs that, when satisfied, will bring out the passion in any individual.
