Navigating the highs and lows of creativity isn’t just part of the job; it’s the job. Siddhant Sharma, our Creative Founding Partner at itch, talks about turning imposter syndrome into creative fuel in The Free Press Journal. At itch, we’re building a culture that’s less about clocking in and more about showing up for ideas, people, and moments that matter. We lean into that connection, creating a space where creativity thrives alongside life, not apart from it. Big thanks to #BrandSutra and the team for the feature. For those moments when the ideas aren’t flowing or the doubt creeps in, this read might just help you see the bigger picture. Link- https://lnkd.in/gyQQDYUC

Fitness isn’t just a resolution; it’s a solution. A personal, no-BS choice that slides seamlessly into life, anytime, anywhere. With Anytime Fitness, we didn’t just make another “get fit now” ad. We created something more real, more you. Introducing “Fitness Doesn’t Need an Ad”, a campaign we crafted for Anytime Fitness India. Instead of shouting through flashy ads, we leaned into what’s real: fitness isn’t a trend, it’s for everyone, anytime, anywhere. No pressure. No gimmicks. Just real people making real choices. Massive thanks to the Anytime Fitness team for trusting us with this fresh, authentic take. Here's to flipping the script, making fitness less of a “should” and more of a “yeah, I’ve got this.”

There are very few ways one can enjoy the Delhi winter and picnics happen to top that list! While chatting with the team at itch, we realized that most of us never really had the classic picnic experience growing up. For some, school trips to Parle-G and Mother Dairy factories were as close as it got (peak nostalgia, right?). So, we decided to fix that—with an afternoon at Lodhi Garden, good food, and great company. Here’s how it went: - A potluck where some of us flexed our hidden culinary skills - Everyone brought a dish that started with the first letter of their name - Dumb charades, but you had to guess brand names instead - A surprise visit from monkeys (who really just wanted our food) - Discovered we have way more singers in the team than we thought And we wrapped up a sweet sweet afternoon, that we are definitely turning into a tradition :) . . . #Delhi #Winters #Delhiwinter #Picnic

After the wedding chaos and celebration, there’s one group that often gets overlooked: the parents. As the newlyweds head off for their honeymoon, the house goes quiet, and the real question is: What happens to the ones who made it all possible? Introducing #ParentHoneymoon, our new campaign for Nasher Miles. Drawing inspiration from personal moments, we decided to flip the narrative and give the parents something to look forward to after all the behind-the-scenes magic they create. Grateful to have had the opportunity to work on this film and campaign and bring a fresh perspective to the post-wedding story. A huge thanks to the brand team for being the perfect matchmakers for this idea 🤍 For us, it’s a creative step in a new direction, because sometimes, the best stories are about the most common yet untapped moments that make it different. "What if Santa took a day off?" What started as a random thought during an odd break, turned into our spin on it - literally. Picture Santa in shorts, soaking up the sun, making a snow angel on sand, while Nasher Miles takes over the gift-giving duty for a change. Thrilled to have partnered with Nasher Miles on the #SantaOffDuty campaign. With Santa officially on vacay mode, 30+ top brands joined forces with us to play Santa for people across the country. A few laughs, a couple of slides, and suddenly we were imagining the sleigh-er in shorts, soaking up the sun before our eyes. But what truly adds to the magic is our attempt to: Imagine Santa differently than how he's usually seen. To scratch beyond the traditional image of Christmas and bring a breeze of creativity. Want to see what Santa has in store for you? Check out the link in comments. #SantaOffDuty #Christmas
