‘What did you even put in this?’ ‘This is the perfect thing to eat after a run.’ ‘I love how colourful it looks.’ Just a few of the many things we got to hear from runners on Saturday. 🏃♂️ 🏃♀️ Long story short, Urban Vault organised a startup run for folks in HSR. Over 1000 people across ages and professions joined, including a mother who ran with her baby and a 96-year-old guy who motivated many 20-year-olds. 🫡 To celebrate the run and runners, we teamed up with the UrbanVault team and set up a refreshment booth. After the run, we invited everyone to taste and take what they love. Within 10 minutes, all smoothie bowls were gone, but the smiles on everyone's faces made it worth it! 💫

First “Quick” Food Order Experience Honestly impressed with the packaging and that it was delivered to my doorstep within 10 minutes. While I’m not completely sold on the idea of trusting food prepared in 10mins, I can definitely see the appeal for a quick snack or beverage to curb instant cravings. Starbucks continues to capitalize on their efforts in creating the “coffee to go” culture, making it a seamless part of daily life. Swish could take a page from this playbook—building a culture around their offerings while adding the convenience of 10-minute delivery.

Swish, Today, my team and I decided to see how your 10-minute food delivery service holds up. We placed 11 orders to the same location during peak Saturday Lunch time and kept track of the time taken since Order placed to Food in Hand. To our surprise, 10 of them arrived within the promised 10 minutes, and the last one came in at just over 10 and a half minutes. The food was hot, fresh, and arrived in superb packaging. It’s impressive to see a service deliver this level of consistency and speed. More Power to you, and we’ll likely be placing more orders soon. Great job to the team!
