At the outset, the Just Wish implemented programs in Uttarakhand and subsequently extended its coverage to Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi, Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Orissa, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Himachal pradesh and West Bengal.
