    Recently I had to be away for our global town hall. The reason I couldn’t make it is: Family. This is bound to happen to all of us at some point. It’s part of life, and a part of life at work. Our “One Mastercard” mindset helps us step up for each other to make sure no balls get dropped, when we must step away. You will never regret making the decision to put your loved ones first. And everyone at Mastercard knows they can make the same choice—this is a priority for me. Our success is never powered by just one person, it’s our collective effort that makes this a special place for each other, for our customers and for all stakeholders.     Our Creator Studio at the Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by Mastercard was in full swing last week. The goal? Create a dynamic content hub where creators, small business owners and industry leaders can talk, build and learn from one another. It was a physical manifestation stemming from our recently-announced Business Builder program, demonstrating our commitment to supporting small businesses of all sizes, helping them turn passions into livelihoods. Ginger Siegel talked with the owners of Orlando-based Se7en Bites and Stemma Craft Coffee, who showcased their culinary delights at our Foodies & Fairways Small Business Marketplace with Capital One Business. She also spoke with small business owner Nicolas Santa and creators Matthew Haag, Tyler Webb and Carlee Shoemaker about their experiences, the hurdles and challenges they faced along the way, and how they can continue growing and thriving through digitization and networking. Together we’ve continued to elevate the fan experience, blending tech, commerce and culture in meaningful ways and this year was no exception – we’re powering unforgettable moments on and off the course, and continue to find ways to uphold Mr. Arnold Palmer’s legacy of innovation and community. Just off the green, The Mastercard Club not only provided access to our ambassadors and golf pros but it redefined retail with a cutting-edge AI-powered AR shopping experience. Golf fans were able to virtually try-on the 9dcc x Pass to Priceless: Bay Hill Capsule collection using this smart mirror activation. Orlando-based Se7en Bites and Stemma Craft Coffee showcased their culinary offerings at the Foodies & Fairways Small Business Marketplace with Capital One Business – a tradition that, along with our continued support of the Arnold & Winnie Palmer Foundation, reflects our continued support of community. We’re excited to start new traditions with the Mastercard Creator Studio; amplifying the new Mastercard Business Builder, creators, small businesses, ambassadors and industry leaders came together in a dynamic content hub to talk about game-play, fan engagement, business and marketing strategies, the latest in game-tech and more. For golf fans at home, we partnered with NBC Sports Golf Channel and the PGA TOUR to redefine golf fandom with exclusive, real-time golfer-caddie conversations in the tournament broadcast —bringing fans Beyond The Ropes for unprecedented access. The conversation continued on social with creator and golf pro interviews from the Mastercard Creator Studio, answering fan questions throughout the week, with one lucky fan winning the ultimate priceless experience.
