Vision Enhance the operational life of electronic devices that has become imminent part of work, education and life in general, for optimum utilization depleting natural resources. Almost all the thermal interface material currently in use rely on Phonon based thermal conduction. Only exception is Liquid Metal. This has become a limiting factor in electronics, where owing to degradation of the functionality of these material the heat gets accumulated, resulting in fast ageing of electronics. Similar problem is observed in many industrial application thermal interface material. Our innovation has brought in electronic thermal conduction where electron become main carrier of heat. With application of nanoscience, vertically aligned metallic nanocylinders are synthesized and provides the 6X increased surface, along with electron heat carriers. Advantages Estimated: The product shall make electronics regain its power efficiency, stop heat related degradation, increase the operational life of electronic products, consumer electronics by many years. This shall have considerable contribution towards achieving Climate Action objectives.
