My agency, MyDigital.io, turned 2 last week  🎉 Last week was amazing, and although I was away from LinkedIn, I had one of the best times offline. We celebrated with parties, activities, dances, games, and more to welcome the 3rd year we’re diving into. If I had told myself 4 years ago that I’d have an amazing team working with my agency, I’d laugh, saying I’m dreaming too big. Fast forward to now, I’m blessed to be surrounded by hardworking, talented, and kind people. In 2021, I started MyDigital.io – a Digital Marketing agency based in Nashik, Maharashtra. Transitioning from an individual service provider in 2017 to someone with 20+ team members and my own agency has been a rollercoaster. I’d be lying if I said money & scaling was not the prime reason behind starting this. But, at the same time, I wanted to build a community where people grow with me rather than only focusing on my individual growth –both professionally & personally. The title of “being the boss” never fascinated me & I’d rather prefer working with a team than having 20 people call me boss.
