Power plants are setting new standards in reducing carbon footprints, inspiring the coal industry to increase co-firing percentages. 🚀 NCR Thermal Power Plants (TPPs) are leading this shift by embracing renewable energy through biomass pellet consumption! SAMARTH Mission 🔹 4.26 LMT of biomass pellets consumed by NCR TPPs in current financial year (till 10.09.2024) 🔹 5.15 LMT consumed by TPPs across India in the same period Since the start of co-firing: ✨ 10.08 LMT of biomass pellets utilized nationwide ✨ Saving 12.10 LMT of CO2 emissions!
