As part of their learning exploration, we gave our learners a challenge - 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙪𝙨𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮'𝙫𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙚𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙙. This June marked a special milestone for us as we celebrated Pride Month for the very first time! Over three vibrant days, our office came alive with the colors, energy, and spirit of love and inclusivity. ✨ Day 1: Pride Colors Everywhere Our team showed up in style, donning outfits in the vibrant colors of the Pride flag. It was a beautiful sight to see everyone united in support of love and equality. 🎨 Day 2: Creativity Unleashed We had the honor of collaborating with incredibly talented queer artists who transformed our space into a bustling marketplace. Stalls filled with mouth-watering bakery items, stunning DIY jewelry, intricate embroidered art, and an array of unique stickers, badges, and zines showcased the boundless creativity of the community. 🎂 Day 3: Rainbow Cake Celebration To wrap up our celebrations, we came together for a joyous cake cutting ceremony. A magnificent rainbow cake was shared, honoring both Pride Month and our June-born colleagues. At Novatr, we believe in the power of diversity and the importance of creating a safe, inclusive space for everyone.
