This passion led me to a career where I could create impactful beauty solutions, culminating in the founding of Noya BeautyWorks. Building Expertise I began my career at DY Works, where I developed integrated marketing strategies for high-profile clients, increasing brand visibility and market share. This experience taught me the importance of strategic planning and client relationships. At Nykaa.com, I managed a team that spearheaded a 34% increase in luxury sales through innovative digital sales strategies. This role sharpened my ability to adapt quickly and effectively within the fast-paced beauty industry. As part of MyGlamm | Good Glamm Group & Sanghvi Brands, I led the creation of India’s first pearl pigment-infused skincare line, contributing to a 12% top-line growth. Over five years, I launched over 300 SKUs, including award-winning products, and successfully diversified the company into skincare, haircare, and personal care. Turning Passion into Reality In 2020, I became the COO of Gush Beauty, where I launched 123 SKUs in makeup, skincare, and personal care. My notable creations included the viral 3-in-1 cream blush and highlighter stack, which helped propel the business to 82 lakhs in sales within six months. This experience underscored the potential of the Indian beauty market, inspiring me to establish Noya BeautyWorks (NBW) in 2024. I envisioned NBW as a consultancy that bridges the gap between innovative ideas and market-ready products, catering to India’s diverse beauty needs.
