We recently concluded an intensive program that brought together retail staff members, from 30 Safari premium stores, for a day of growth and learning! The program had 3 crucial elements: ➤ Mystery shopping by our customer experience expert to understand nuances of customer interaction and the selling process at the stores. ➤ A day-long program to delve into nuances of the customer decision-making process, standardizing sales procedures and strategies to boost profitability. ➤ Development of a Sales effectiveness checklist which will help the organization continually evaluate key behaviors for store productivity and develop their sales staff on those behaviors.
