We are excited to announce the completion of Kores Foundry Project. This is the first of its kind in India where the entire molding line is on first floor. The total built up area is about 12000 sqm. S&T scope was planning, architecture, civil /structure, PEB review, fire protection & site development. One of the main design challenge was the 113 m x 28 m concrete slab on which the entire foundry operations of melting, pouring, molding are carried out. A recent Foundry designed by us for Brakes India Ltd at Jhagadia. This one breaks the stereotypes for Foundry industry. The colors we choose simply because its easier to maintain and the surroundings to minimize the dust. With a construction area of about 18000 sqm our scope for the facility was master planning, architecture, civil / structural, PEB tendering and review, site utilities, fire protection and construction supervision. CG Power has been a long standing client for Shah & Talati and we have been associated with them since 2005. Having designed their multiple expansions we are currently designing extension of their transformer facility at Bhopal with 250 ton crane provision. In 2013 we had designed a 1200 kv and 1600 kv Ultra high voltage test lab for CG at Nashik.
