This shift offers airports a holistic approach for optimizing maintenance planning, extending pavement lifespan, and enhancing safety. 🚀 We’re excited to announce that Translink Infrastructure Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is now actively working alongside major airport developers and operators to bring the PCR methodology into practice across the industry. After reflecting on my own experience, I feel compelled to share my journey and how fortunate I am to have found an incredible workspace. Like many women in the corporate world, I was initially concerned about a potential career gap after becoming a mother. The thought of balancing work responsibilities and motherhood, especially during my first pregnancy, was overwhelming. How would I manage both? Would my career suffer? Now, with my daughter being 2.5 years old, I can confidently say that my transition has been smoother than I ever imagined.
