Our #ThrowbackThursday project this week is the “New Haven” Residential Complex located off Tumkur Road, near Peenya, Bengaluru.                 Built by Shapoorji Pallonji E&C in 2017, the complex comprises of 35 Towers accommodating ~1,900 dwelling units. The towers were built using precast wall panels, slab panels, staircase flights, beams and parapets. ~67,000 elements were cast at an onsite semi-automated precast plant and erected using five heavy duty tower cranes. The floor configuration ranges from GF + 10 upto 14 UFs. The overall BUA is ~2.5 mnsft which includes a two-level common basement. The complex is equipped with a club house, swimming pool, shopping areas, indoor and outdoor sports facilities and other amenities that offer a modern lifestyle.   Employers: M/s Smart Value Homes (Peenya Project) Pvt. “Mahindra Windchimes” – located on Bannerghatta Main Road in Bengaluru is a premium residential complex that offers a modern lifestyle equipped with the finest comforts and amenities and with ample water bodies, greenery and landscaping. Completed in 2020, Shapoorji Pallonji E&C was the General Contractor for this sustainably-designed, premium residential complex that comprises of four high-rise towers with ~400 dwelling units. The large open areas, wonderfully landscaped spaces, a grand clubhouse and other thrilling amenities ensure a better quality of life for the residents. The towers were built using modular aluminium formwork. Completed in 2019, Shapoorji Pallonji E&C was the General Contractor for this premium residential complex that comprises of seven high-rise Residential Towers with ~1,000 Dwelling Units. The residential complex with stylish homes is designed with a contemporary theme and is packed with modern amenities like clubhouse, gymnasium, indoor and outdoor sports, swimming pool, yoga centre, children’s play area, round-the-clock security and more.
