Try inhaling deeply for 4 seconds, holding for 4 seconds, and exhaling slowly for 4 seconds. 🤳𝗣𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱  This is a lifeline you can use in real life too to help you through a breakdown. Reach out to the person who you trust will support you. ❔𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲  Take a moment to reflect on what specifically is triggering your feelings of overwhelm or distress. Take steps towards addressing it. 🤝𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁  If you feel comfortable, consider discussing your feelings and concerns with your manager. 📅𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻  If this is a recurring issue, then create a self-care plan or routine to calm yourself when this happens. ✅𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽  If you find that your feelings persist or worsen, it may be time to seek help from a mental health professional.
