It was a delightful experience to meet her and share our work on ratings and India 2047. She liked my ideas.

Grounded bankers are extremely important for inclusive growth of India. Risen from the branches in the hinterlands and familiar with the vastness of India and the challenges of its people. Rajneesh Karnatak is one such sagacious banker for whom banking and inclusive growth is a passion. Met him today and shared our work on India 2047. He assured all support from the bank on our studies on MSME, Retail and Digital Transformation.

Nothing makes me happier than to meet people that I knew in my early life and to find how well they have grown, how intellectually sound they are and the respect that they command. Mohit Kapoor was an engineer in Pertech Computers Ltd when I met him. I recall him being very good at networking technology, which was today’s equivalent of AI at that time. He is now CTO of Mahindra Group. Absolutely top notch in every way. Presented him a copy of India 2047. He agreed to join our Task Force to help propel India forward. It is people like him that add to my conviction of India becoming absolutely top notch in the league of nations.

Had the privilege of meeting Mr Shaktikanta Das once again in his role as the Governor of RBI. I had last presented him a copy of my book India 2030 and today I presented him a copy of India 2047. He heard with keen interest about our work in India 2047 Center of Excellence including Responsibility Frameworks and Indices that we are working on to position India in its appropriate place amongst the top of the league of nations. I complimented him for his exemplary leadership in times of crisis and a very apt handling of the Indian economy putting it back on the path of growth for all.
