Vision We envisage a world that is just, and celebrates and supports diversity. We see ourselves as active members in social change philanthropy for issues surrounding sexuality in India, mobilising resources to support social justice for groups marginalised due to their sexuality.

On September 6, 2018, the Supreme Court of India took a historic step by decriminalizing consensual same-sex relations, reading down Section 377 of the IPC. This landmark judgment was a crucial move toward affirming the rights, dignity, and equality of the LGBTQIA+ community in India. As we continue the journey towards a more inclusive and equitable society, it's vital that workplaces also reflect these values. If your company is interested in hosting events, workshops, or discussions on LGBTQIA+ inclusion and diversity, we would love to collaborate with you. Together, we can create a work environment where everyone feels valued and respected. #PrideMonth - Meet Jaromia, a young girl who walks her chosen path! From a young age, she embraced the truth about herself and knew that she didn't quite belong in the box society tried to place her in. This difference brought challenges to her and those around her, including family and friends. Determined and ambitious, Jaromia found a beacon of hope in HCLFoundation’s project with Solidarity Foundation. There, she discovered a community that embraced her for who she truly was. She was provided valuable training in communication, computer skills, and building the confidence she needed to thrive. The past years have been transformative, offering Jaromia a safe space and a supportive network she deeply cherishes. Her recent job is a big step towards financial independence. Jaromia's story is one of resilience, self-discovery, and finding a community that empowers you to chase your dreams. #HCLFoundation #Financialndependence #Modelling #SocialImpact #CareerGrowth #SolidarityFoundation #PrideMonth

As Pride Month unfolds this June, we are thrilled to kickstart our Pride Kitchen initiative—a progressive step towards empowering the LGBTQ+ community. This innovative project establishes a central kitchen operated by community members, serving as a catalyst for entrepreneurship and autonomy over their careers in the hospitality sector. The initiative was first introduced during a recent collaboration with the Solidarity Foundation Bangalore at our office, where we welcomed 50 beneficiaries. Attendees engaged in a dynamic exchange of ideas with our leaders, toured our facilities and gained insights into entrepreneurial opportunities, setting the stage for future success. As we move forward, let’s continue to embrace and champion diversity, driving positive change not just this month, but throughout the year!
