In a captivating panel discussion on Balancing the Risks and Rewards of Social Media and Technology for Student Mental Health, Commodore H G Harsha shed light on the pressing issue of mental health in the present educational landscape – the challenge of attention deficiency and how our children navigate between aggression and depression, stressing the need for proactive mental health strategies and the importance of guiding our youth toward mindful digital habits, helping them harness social media responsibly, and fostering a sense of balance and self-awareness in the digital age.
